Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We were impressed with the natural view from the window and the cozy atmosphere the hotel had to offer. The staff were polite and trustworthy, and the Japanese bath was a definite must-try. We enjoyed sleeping on the traditional Japanese tatami mattress and having good food during our stay.

The breakfast buffet was overpriced and crowded, and the dinner time slots were not flexible enough for our family needs.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in the midst of nature, it felt like a safe haven. The service provided by the staff was excellent, they even spoke Mandarin which made communication easier for us. We were delighted with the variety of food offered at both dinner and breakfast, with a mix of Japanese and Western cuisine. The onsen facilities were gorgeous, both indoor and outdoor, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot springs. The futons provided in our room were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

The hotel has a great location for nature lovers and the onsen is a must-try, both indoor and outdoor. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even spoke multiple languages. We also enjoyed the tasty meals offered.

Despite being a bit expensive, the hotel felt outdated and in need of renovation. Breakfast was overcrowded, and we had to wait in line to be seated. The rooms were not very spacious either, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable.

The hot spring baths were great and the surrounding nature was beautiful. the hotel had Wi-Fi and parking was free for guests. It was also located close to local attractions.
